Cape Marco Condos

Cape Marco is one of Marco Island’s exclusive gated communities. Located at the southern tip of the island, it offers an amazing panoramic view that includes the Caxambas Pass and Ten Thousand Island to the south, the crescent beach to the north, and the white beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico to the west.

Cape Marco features six luxury condominiums with their own exclusive features and amenities. The community has its own beach area, affording residents and guests the utmost privacy and convenience. Other shared amenities include:

  • Tennis center
  • Strolling boardwalk
  • Fishing deck
  • Gardens and aquascapes

The Cape Marco enclave encompasses 30 acres of land that used to host a missile tracking station. The land was purchased in 1990 by developer Jack Antaramian, who proceeded to construct four of the six towers: Merida, Tampico, Cozumel, and Monterrey. In 2000, the rest of the property was purchased by WCI, Inc., which then constructed the last two towers, Belize and Veracruz. All six towers are named after Mexican cities found on the other side of the Gulf of Mexico.
