Bryan and I wanted to take a minute and thank you for your helpfulness over the years in finding a home on Marco Island. As you know, we’ve been on and off clients for a number of years. Even though at times, we weren’t serious prospects, you still treated us with care, always willing to show us various houses on the market while we’re vacationing in Florida.
This past December 2013, we finally found a house. It was inspected. And we purchased it. Although you have always been helpful and responsive, it was during this process (as out of towner’s) that you really shined. You patiently sacrificed your time for us to go into the house repeatedly during our January vacation to begin the discussion on possible remodel. You offered us advice on all aspects of this purchase; you gave furniture and other items. Your extreme helpfulness moved our project along efficiently and easily and we couldn’t be ready to move in for our first vacation in April without your help.
