I have been meaning to send you a note since we had our closing last Tuesday. This morning we returned from church to find a package on our front porch. Upon opening the package we find a very nice throw from the Sandlin Team. Very, very thoughtful and very much appreciated.
I appreciate all of the efforts of the Sandlin Team and with Jennifer putting the closing touches on the deal, it turned out great.
Thanks to all, from Cathy and all her work, super negotiator and word phrasing expert, to the marketing efforts of the team, to friendly Rivka answering the phone like everything is always great on Marco, to Karen who I guess they named the TV show, The Closer after; all the efforts are appreciated. I know I am leaving out a lot of folks who work for your team but the team worked great.
